Abstract

In the conditions of a modern economy characterized by dynamic changes, high level of competition, globalization and technological innovations, strategic management is a key factor in the successful development of business structures. Enterprises are faced with the need to adapt to changes in the external environment, ensure sustainable growth and optimal use of resources. The topic is of particular relevance for small and medium-sized businesses, which are the basis of the economy of many countries. Effective strategic management helps to increase their viability, form competitive advantages and strengthen the impact on the economic development of regions. Thus, the study of strategic management of business structures is extremely relevant for the theory and practice of modern business, which determines the need to find new approaches and methods for the effective functioning of enterprises in the long term. The work justifies the need to improve the ways of entrepreneurship development by creating an effective management system, including strategic management. An algorithm for strategic management of the development of business structures is presented, the implementation of which will allow formalizing approaches to making appropriate management decisions to achieve the set strategic goals. An analysis of the features of the formation of business structure management systems is considered, which was carried out by highlighting the most key features: the specifics of the development of business structures, the development cycle of business structures with a simultaneous analysis of the impact of the development cycle on the development process of the management system itself and the impact of uncertainty on the development process of the management system. Such a set of features was determined in the presence of under-researched areas in the field of business structure management systems. This makes the work more valuable and significant for science. At the moment, the most common approach is the analysis of business management systems as closed systems, the development process of which is analyzed from the point of view of a static external environment that has a certain degree of certainty. The paper proposes an approach that takes into account the analysis of the impact of environmental life cycle changes on the development process of business structure management systems, taking into account the impact of uncertainty of both external and internal factors.
