Abstract

The relationship between corporate culture and intellectual capital is an important aspect for the development of modern organizations. Corporate culture forms values, norms and behavioral patterns that determine the interaction of employees and contribute to the effective use of intellectual capital. It creates an environment in which the knowledge, experience and skills of employees can be exchanged and integrated into the strategic processes of the organization. Intellectual capital, in turn, is the basis for innovation and decision-making, providing organizations with competitive advantages. The interaction of these two elements allows for the maximum use of the potential of human resources, promotes the development of innovations and adaptation to a changing market environment. The article substantiates and proves that organizations that successfully integrate corporate culture and intellectual capital demonstrate a higher level of productivity and resilience in the face of globalization and technological change. Research on intellectual capital, corporate culture, creative energy of employees and intangible assets focuses on their impact on the sustainable development and competitiveness of organizations. Intellectual capital consists of human, structural and relational assets that provide the basis for the creation of new knowledge and innovation. Corporate culture acts as a catalyst, forming values and behavioral patterns that support efficiency and adaptability. The creative energy of employees, as an integral part of human capital, stimulates the generation of ideas and contributes to their implementation. Intangible assets, including brands, reputation and knowledge, create unique value that is impossible to copy. An integrated approach to managing these elements contributes to the achievement of strategic goals and innovative development. The relevance of the topics of research on intellectual capital, corporate culture, creative energy of employees, intangible assets, and issues of their valuation is due to the shift in the economy's attention towards intangible values, since in most cases, things that cannot be touched and are often even very difficult to measure have great economic and financial value.
